What’s New at TrustCommerce? A Lot!
It is midway through what is shaping up to be another big year for Trust. As always, we are focused on advancing our TC SMART Products, specifically in the area of E2E/P2P encryption and tokenization. It’s fun to pioneer new innovative offerings, better to improve upon those innovations, and even more rewarding to offer the best in the industry.
You already know we’ve completed our migration to the new TC Vault! Throughout this transition, we’ve implemented many functional improvements. This new interface provides a foundation for rapid customization and enhancement. Built and designed from a customer-centric perspective, it maintains this core value from login to log-out. From the outpouring of positive responses we’ve received, we are thrilled our merchants love the new TC Vault as much as we do.
Secure POS Devices
To help clients mitigate risk and remain PCI compliant, we continue to integrate secure, encrypted card swipe, encrypted keypad, and pin-pad devices. Several new POS devices are now available! These include: ID TECH SecureKey, SecureMag and Sign & Pay; MagTek IPAD, ImageSafe, and more…
Robust Processing
We have employed tremendous hardware and virtualization upgrades throughout the network resulting in even better service.
New processing capabilities include FDC TeleCheck as well as platform upgrades to Bank of America Merchant Services, First Data, TSYS, Vantiv, Elavon, and more.
More to Come
Looking ahead in 2012, you will see continued advancements in reporting, reconciliation and dynamic data compilations. These advances will further improve performance, add greater reporting flexibility, and much more.
New training videos are in production. These tools will help our valued merchants improve their knowledge base and allow newer clients an easier transitional path to go live.
