When you have a question and want to look up the answer, documentation is going to be your best bet. Written by the TrustCommerce Information Management team, you will find comprehensive Developer Guides and User Guides available within the TC Vault. Whether learning how to use a new product or leveraging an existing feature, these Guides will show you the path.

If you are just getting started with TrustCommerce, adding new locations, or leveraging new products, training can be provided as needed. Schedule a Train the Trainer session or training for your administrators or primary users to help get them up and running quickly.
For those that prefer independent learning, in-depth training videos are accessible 24/7/365 to fit your unique schedule. These videos are chock full of content to help you become familiar with TrustCommerce. This training is helpful for new customers or users looking to learn a new TrustCommerce feature.

When you are working within the TC Vault Virtual Terminal, take advantage of the Help tool for guidance. Simply select the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. Choose the category in which you are interested. From ‘Getting Started’ to information on ‘BillingID tokens,’ you can look up answers to common questions quickly.
