Tuesday’s Tip: Resolve a User Lockout

In a world full of logins and passwords it’s easy to understand that one may occasionally forget their password. It can be frustrating and disruptive. TrustCommerce offers User Administration for large organizations so their personnel can access the TC Vault system for billing, accepting payments, issuing credit/voids and so forth. When a User forgets their password they have different options on how they can quickly update their password.

One way is to contact your Administrator and inform them you have forgotten your password. From there, they can assist and get you back in. However, reaching out to an Administrator for password help isn’t always convenient, especially if they are not available. A simpler option is to use the Forget Password tool on the TC Vault Log In page. Here are the main steps.
