TrustCommerce Promotes Andrew Immerman to Chief Technology Officer

IRVINE, California, March 21, 2011 — TrustCommerce, provider of comprehensive payment processing and risk management solutions, has named Andrew Immerman as its Chief Technology Officer.

Andrew, who joined TrustCommerce in 2004, most recently served as Director of Technology. In his role as CTO, Andrew will be responsible for the four areas of the Technology Department: Products, Software, Systems and Operations. He will continue to guide the technology vision of TrustCommerce in order to exceed customer expectations for product delivery and excellence. Additionally, Andrew will be responsible for technological and informational risk mitigation and compliance, business acceleration through technology, and will serve as the chief representative for our technology and products.
