Software Engineer

TrustCommerce (Irvine, California), an established company, is looking to immediately hire a Software Engineer for full-time, in-house employment. TrustCommerce develops and maintains technology-oriented, merchant service solutions in the payment card industry.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Technology, Software Engineer will be responsible for software applications and infrastructure related to hosted/managed solutions as well as other information technology. This role will involve all aspects of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design and architecture, programming, documentation, and quality control. Software Engineer will be expected to lead the work of others and to deliver all projects on schedule, on budget, and to specification. Above all, this role will contribute to and extend the TrustCommerce reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Linux/Unix Software Development

* Proficient in C/C++, PHP, Perl, and SQL

* Proficient in Database-Driven Application Development

* Experience in High-Dependability/Performance/Security Development

* Experience in Electronic Payment Industry is a Plus

* Experience in Win32 Software Development is a Plus
