| Telephone Directory Assistance (NDA) |
| TCS Wallet |
|
This company provides businesses and consumers Internet access to the
National Directory Assistance Database for name/address/phone number
verification and validation as an alternative to directory assistance. The
company allows the user to be "their own operator" by eliminating the
operator between you and the information you are seeking. This company
delivers the most current, comprehensive and accurate residence, business and
government name, address, phone and listings available anywhere. The phone
directory companies was referred to TrustCommerce because they needed a
micro-billing solution. After consulting with the company and discussing
their specifications and needs, TrustCommerce built a "micro-billing wallet"
to manage and capture millions of micro transactions from all their
customers. This wallet allows the company to choose how often and how much to
bill any particular customer or customers. This customized feature also
enables the company to process larger ticket amounts allowing them to receive
more favorable discount rates from their bank. TrustCommerce built,
implemented and integrated this solution below budget and two weeks ahead of
time.

| Two Large ISPs (under NDA) |
| TCS Citadel |
|
Both of these large ISPs needed recurring billing for their customers. They
also did not want to store any credit cards within their online networks.
TrustCommerce built and offered them a solution known as the Citadel
utilizing Billing IDs. This package is ideal for recurring billing or
subscription/membership base systems. It offers merchants an alternative to
storing credit card numbers or account routing information in their own local
database. We encrypt the data, secure the data, and store the data. A merchant
only needs to keep a billing ID to identify their customer. This system allows
for multiple fields and multiple data to be passed and exchanged in order to
progress with their unforeseen and fast growing business environments.

| Motivational Fulfillment and Packaging Service |
| Fulfillment Order Tracking Database |
|
MFPS is one of the largest fulfillment centers in the US. A growing demand for
real-time tracking of orders, inventory, shipping manifests and customer
service actions prompted MFPS to contact TrustCommerce. TrustCommerce designed
and built a state-of-the-art, web-based reporting system that allows their
clients to log on and track inventory, order status, backorders, returns,
customer service calls, and more through dynamically generated reports. The
architecture provides users the ability to search the massive database using
flexible query tools. This turned out to be such a nice feature for their
clients, that MFPS employed it for their own internal customer service
representatives as well. Users can look up complete, real-time order data
through the FDB system via the web interface, in seconds while the customer is
on the telephone. TrustCommerce hosts, manages, monitors and secures both the
database and web site access. Our continuing management responsibilities
include upgrading the hardware to scale, and addressing the needs of MFPS as
their clients continually populate this already massive database.

| Quetico |
| Warehouse Management System |
|
Quetico provides warehousing of inventory for Costco, Inc. Their rapidly
growing needs were outpacing both their warehouse space and their proprietary
software systems. TrustCommerce was contracted to create a warehouse
management system that receives and tracks inventory throughout a new mid
eight dollar figured 300,000-sq. ft. of floor space, five stories high
warehouse facility in Chino, CA. The system consists not only of a back-end
server to track and store all inventory actions, but also two front-ends; a
web interface for office workers to track and administer inventory, and a
terminal interface accessed by workers on the warehouse floor. All the
terminals are distributed at key points in the warehouse, featuring
high-durability components (utilizing no moving parts to minimize failure
rate), portable barcode scanners with docking stations attached to the
terminals, and thermal-transfer label printers to create the barcodes for
locations, pallets, cartons, and workers. TrustCommerce developed all
software, customized to meet Quetico's unique business needs. TrustCommerce
additional responsibilities included the purchasing and installation of all
hardware components, including terminals, servers and scanners, all chosen to
meet Quetico's needs for durability in a warehouse environment. TrustCommerce
continues to provide onsite service for the warehouse system when warranted.

| Home Improvement Chain (under NDA) |
|
A representative from the technical department headquarters contacted
TrustCommerce with a need to integrate their software with point of sale
devices for a reliable TCP/IP processing solution. This solution needed to
be integrated with all of their point of sale devices and also have the
ability to integrate with their inventory management system. TrustCommerce
provided this company the ability to run all transactions through their own
proprietary software package. TrustCommerce saved them countless fees from
their acquiring bank by saving them the cost of purchasing separate terminal
ID's. This also allowed them to do away with all modem transactions, saving
them time and money while providing them with an efficient and reliable
solution. TrustCommerce completed the project ahead of schedule and on
budget.

| City of Los Angeles |
| Security Risk and Assessment |
|
TrustCommerce was contracted by the City of Los Angeles to perform a security
analysis and an evaluation of the City's Network. The assessment
concentrated on many aspects and particularly the remote vulnerability of the
City's network.
TrustCommerce provided an executive summary and overall look at the security
of the network, stating highlights and a strategy on how to resolve any
issues and any problems found. The scope covered all of the main concepts
that make up the larger picture of an organization's network security. All
recommendations were bolded in each subsection. For ease of understanding we
scored each device and host covered so that an overall understanding can be
gathered about the vulnerabilities on the network. For obvious reasons, this
is the extent of disclosure that we are able to release in regards to this
project. The project was completed and a report was delivered ahead of
schedule.
