In this role, Dzieciol will be responsible for providing overall strategic and operational direction of the company’s Technology department including strategic action planning and execution; product and technology development; service delivery management; business resiliency management; and business process management.

Dzieciol brings more than 15 years of senior, technical leadership experience for organizations both large and small. For the past seven years, Dzieciol served Condusiv Technologies as Director of Engineering. Dzieciol holds both Master of Business Administration and Master of Science (Electrical Engineering) degrees.
