Senior Solutions Consultant

TrustCommerce (South Coast Metro, California), an established company, is looking to immediately hire a Senior Solutions Consultant for full-time employment. TrustCommerce develops and maintains technology-oriented, merchant service solutions in the payment card industry.

Position Summary

Senior Solutions Consultants are responsible for utilizing their industry contacts to generate new sales opportunities, working with existing clients to generate additional sales revenues, receiving incoming sales inquiries, pursuing and qualifying leads to promote, inform prospects of, and strongly encourage the use of TrustCommerce services by business customers. Senior Solutions Consultants are also responsible for assisting Junior Solutions Consultants with sales inquiries and assisting in their development.

Essential Functions:

  • Generate new sales leads through existing industry contacts
  • Generate new sales opportunities with existing clients, bank contacts, reseller relationships, and referral partners
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls and leads
  • Continuously qualify and follow-up on sales leads
  • On-site sales and/or client visits as needed
  • Own the Client, ownership from prospecting to contracting to implementation to ongoing client support
  • Complete required tracking of milestones
  • Lead webinars for prospective clients
  • Identify trends from prospect responses and report as necessary
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals
  • Provide feedback to management regarding updates, policies, and customer issues
  • Continued education to keep pace with product modifications, additions, industry trends and changes in our regulatory environment (PCI and P2PE)
  • Assist in developing Junior Solutions Consultants

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to learn and adapt new software technologies
  • Must be a self-starter with a drive to succeed and a proven track record
  • Excellent problem solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to think on feet
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing externally as well as internally
  • Sense of urgency and ability to follow through
  • Computer and Internet Literate
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, GoTo Meeting or similar webinar tool
  • This is a sales position, and as such, it will be expected that the basic functions of a sales strategy will be performed on a daily basis. CRM will be utilized and kept up to date.
  • Knowledge of payments within the Healthcare Industry
  • Payments experience is mandatory

Working Conditions:

  • 30% travel required
  • Full Time
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
  • Option for Remote Work Arrangement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College Diploma
  • 3 Years of Payment Industry Experience (Acquiring Bank, Payments Processor, or Card Brand)
  • 5 Years of Sales Experience

Salary plus commission is being offered.
